Our Guarantee

We guarantee all woody plants (Trees and shrubs, no perennials) for one (1) year limited guarantee. Occasionally some plants will not survive the “shock” of transplanting. Because of the seasonal nature of the business, replacements can only be undertaken during the time when fresh stock is available. Reasonable growing conditions must be maintained. Guarantee shall not extend to such material which has been subjected to abuse, neglect, or damage by man, animals, or “Act of God”.

All hardscapes and water features carry a one (1) year limited guarantee to be free from any material or installation defects from the date of installation. Guarantee shall not extend to such material which has been subjected to abuse, neglect, or damage by man, animals, or “Act of God”.

All lawn irrigation systems are guaranteed to be free from any defects for a period of one (1) year limited guarantee including parts and labor. All parts carry a three (3) limited gurantee. Guarantee shall not extend to such material which has been subjected to abuse, neglect, or damage by man, animals, or “Act of God”.
